TERMS OF USE ------------------------------------------------------ 1. Request for compilation of WOD will only be accepted from registered users whose email address have been validated by NetWOD. 2. The user must provide the the full URL of the respective webpages they need. 3. Each registered user is entitled to 1 free WOD per month. 4. The maximum filesize of the compiled WOD should not exceed 1MB or 30 pages, whichever is less. The WOD will be sent as email attachment (zipped). 5. The WOD is strictly for personal research purposes and not to be circulated indiscriminately on a commercial basis. Wherever necessary, the requestor will be required to seek permission from the website owner for use of the requested web content; except for material available in the Internet public domain. 6. WOD Services will not be provided for company's Intranet or private network servers. NetWOD will not accept offers to access these websites which are outside the Internet public domain. 7. The acceptance of WOD Services request is at the sole discretion of NetWOD. The requestor will be informed if the request is rejected. Reason for the rejection will not be given. 8. NetWOD reserves the right not to accept request for web content which, in the view of NetWOD, are considered to be blasphemous, illegal, pornographic or libelous. 9. Users who abuse the Terms of Use of the WOD Services will be de-registered without prior notice. We hope you will understand that these regulatory measures are necessary to protect the integrity of the NetWOD website. The WOD Services is intended to help users to save time for online access to obtain the required material for research and archival purposes.
